Nicole Hart is a lecturer in the Social Work and Development program in the Faculty of Arts and Science and a co-teacher and Academic Advisor for the Academic Foundation Year program at the University of Aruba. As a teacher, Nicole strives to prepare her students to become professionals in the field of Social Work by teaching and coaching. In addition, having more interaction with the social sector is one of her goals to integrate the program to become more effective. Teaching has become one of Nicole's true passions where she can be creative and explore with her students different aspects of everyday life. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a Masters in International and Intercultural Communication from Tilburg University.
