Ruben Goedhoop was a lecturer at the University of Aruba. His teaching module centered around Strategic Management. His research interests center around leadership, strategic management, and governance. His research methods include qualitative research, focus groups, and interviews. Ruben's main employment is at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. He is currently a liaison for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations of the Netherlands. Before that, he was CO of the AZV (national health insurer) and before that, he was leading the Advisory Practice of PwC Dutch Caribbean. Ruben is also the author of the book Challenging Leadership.
