Zuleika Fernandes Perna-Silva, MSE, M.Ed, earned her Master of Education in Papiamento from the University of Curacao in 2015 and her Master of Science in Education from Wayne State College in 2023. She currently works at the Department of Education Aruba, developing new language methods, and is a part-time lecturer at the University of Aruba, where she teaches Papiamento Language Skills and Critical Thinking.
