Rosabelle Illes is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies at the University of Aruba. She teaches psychology courses to both undergraduate and graduate students and coordinates the Master of Business Administration program. Rosabelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Hons) with a minor in English from Webster University and a Masters's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University. After researching mediation techniques designed to navigate and resolve value-based disputes, she successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled Between a Rock and Hard Place: Challenges, Strategies, and Resolution of Value Conflict Mediation, granting her a PhD in Psychology from Leiden University.
