Thais Nierop-Kappel is a lecturer specializing in Human Resources, Marketing, and Tourism in the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies at the University of Aruba. Additionally, she is the Academic Advisor of the faculty and is passionate about guiding students to be successful in their studies. Thais has experience in the Hospitality Industry and Public Sectors both in Aruba and in the US since 1998. Furthermore, she received a Bachelor's Degree at Florida International University (USA) in Hotel and Restaurant Management, followed by a Master's Degree in Business Administration with an interest in International Business earned at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (USA).
